  • • No cap on how many neighbors you can help.
  • • Take your sign down whenever you want, put it back up whenever you like, and just recycle it when you’re done hosting. No commitment.
  • • Mainstay is a sale of your home plus a lease — not a loan, mortgage, or refinance. Hosting a sign doesn’t obligate you to anything.
